Java is also C-based so it’s very similar to C++ (and C, as a given). There are numerous resources online, just use our pal Google. There is most likely a workbook designed specifically for the AP exam; check out some bookstores, libraries, Amazon, etc. I, however, have never taken the APCS exam.
