Fuck Yeah Computer Science Major Penguin | Hi guys! I was hoping I could bother you with a question. See, I’ve always been interested in computers and I’m rather good with them, but due to less than stellar grades on exiting high school, my chances of getting into college are really rather slim, and I haven’t yet been accepted into any I’ve applied for. If I don’t get accepted for the new semester, I’d like to teach myself a few things before trying again, and was wondering what skills and languages would be good places to start?

Admin DF: I personally say C, C++, Java, and Python are some good languages you can teach yourself. That being said, the best skill a programmer can have, in my opinion, is understand a computers limitations, it’s abilities, and how you can make it do, what you want it to do.
